Day From Hell

I started out my day with a Flat tire! That says definitely this is going to be a trashy day! What a Day from Hell! I want to cry!! I have had people call in and yelling at me when I dont even know what their problem is. I hurt my back trying to pick up heavy boxes! Some people are so rude and mean on the phone it is out real! I wish I could go and slap them!
